Curated dried powder nanomaterials
The majority of commercially available nanoparticles have higher heterogeneity and lower uniformity than nanoComposix's materials. However, it is these more complex materials that are more likely to be released into the environment and have potential consequences. To aid nanotoxicology researchers, nanoComposix has assembled panels of relevant nanomaterials from a variety of different commercial sources. The materials have been selected based on their commercial relevance and the potential for the material to be released into the environment. All materials have been extensively characterized and are provided with specification sheets that include TEM, DLS, Zeta potential, and spectral characterization data.
