NanoComposix has expertise that is available to our customers to assist in the fabrication, processing, functionalization, integration, and characterization of solution based and aerosolized nanomaterials.  Rapid turn around times and clear communication provide a cost-effective solution for outsourced nanoengineering tasks.  Services are provided in the following areas:

Bulk Synthesis: Proprietary technologies enable nanomaterial manufacturing at scales of up to 100's to 1000's of grams per batch.

Custom Synthesis: Fabrication of nanoparticles with custom materials, sizes, shapes, and surfaces, including bioconjugation services.

Nanoparticle Integration: Assisting customers with the deposition of nanoparticles onto surfaces or into composites using a wide variety of deposition and mixing technologies to minimize agglomeration.

Analytical Services: TEM, DLS, Zeta Potential, and UV/Visible Spectroscopy analysis of nanoparticle and nanocomposite materials.

Nanotoxicology: Customized sets of concentrated and purified nanomaterials for nanotoxicology studies. Characterization of nanoparticles after transformation in relevant biological media.  

Aerosol Characterization: Release measurments, aerodynamic sizing, and optical measurements on aerosolized nanoparticles in a custom 2.5 m³ chamber.
