Our magnetite nanoparticles are colloidal iron oxide (Fe3O4) materials that exhibit superparamagnetic properties at ambient temperatures. The particles are surface functionalized with Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) that provides excellent steric stability.
Our standard NanoXact magnetite suspension is provided at a concentration of 20 mg/mL in a 2 mM sodium citrate solution. An extensively purified BioPure solution that is sterile with low endotoxin is available as a 1 mg/mL suspension. A readily dispersible dried suspension is also available.
