For years our scientists have struggled with the frustrations of purchasing nanoparticles from vendors whose materials fail to meet their own specifications. There is a risk of purchasing from an unfamiliar vendor, and that’s why we guarantee that all of our materials will meet their listed specifications.1 We characterize every batch we make with our extensive characterization suite, including TEM imaging and sizing, UV-Vis, DLS and Zeta Potential2, and we provide batch-specific characterization data in specification sheets with every material we ship. We will not ship a material if we find that it does not meet our specs, and because of this we are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the material quality. If, upon receipt, the materials are found to fall outside of our specifications, we will either replace the material or provide a full refund for the purchased material.
Every order is shipped with a specification sheet that includes batch-specific characterization results for each material, along with a Storage and Handling document for the enclosed materials. Upon receipt of your shipment, we recommend that you inspect the materials received for any signs of damage, defects, or missing items, and notify us immediately if any errors are found. If we have made any errors, we will act as quickly as possible to correct the issue at no cost to you. We ask that you also please carefully read and follow the Storage and Handling recommendations to ensure that the shelf life of the particles is maximized.
If you later discover that for any reason the materials you received have fallen short of your expectations, please contact us immediately. We will walk you through a few questions to ensure that the materials have been stored and handled appropriately since receipt, and we may request additional information or measurement data for verification purposes. Once we’ve confirmed that a replacement or refund is needed, we will act as quickly as possible to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
