During this turbulent time, we wanted to update you on our response to the COVID-19 epidemic and the steps nanoComposix is taking as we continue to operate in the midst of this global pandemic. As a critical raw reagent supplier, we will continue to make every effort to supply our quality reagents to our customers.
Our facility will remain open, with the following modifications to our company policies, in accordance with the advice of the CDC and WHO as well as state and federal government:
- All employees have been strongly encouraged to work from home. On-site staff work areas have recently been modified to reduce density and encourage social distancing. We have also increased our sanitizing procedures for workstations and common areas following best practices from the CDC and WHO organizations.
- Work-related travel and trade show attendance has currently been suspended, until further notice.
- In order to reduce office space density, much of our sales and customer services staff will be working virtually. There will be limited staff answering the phones on-site and we would encourage the use of our online chat feature or contact us form for support when possible.
Planned Deliveries
If you have ordered a reagent from us in the last week and have been recently notified of a closure to your facility, please notify us of any closure so we can either arrange to postpone the shipment or cancel the order.
As the current status is rapidly in flux, we will make every effort to notify our customers if the current situation prevents us from continuing or modifying our current operation plan.
