BioReady™ 1 µm Streptavidin Magnetic Beads provide a ready-to-use surface for capture of biotinylated antibodies, proteins, and oligonucleotides. The 1 µm magnetic bead format supports rapid separation during binding, washing, enrichment, and sample preparation workflows.
Streptavidin is covalently bound to the magnetic bead surface to support reliable biotin binding and convenient magnetic separation. Two formulations are available to match different assay requirements:
- Standard – Provides reliable biotin-binding capacity for general magnetic capture and separation workflows.
- High-Bind – Provides increased biotin-binding capacity with reduced nonspecific binding for applications where greater capture and lower background are priorities.
