150 nm gold nanoshells for conjugation are useful in applications such as immunodiagnostics, lateral flow assays, nanomedicine, drug delivery, and biosensors. BioReady™ Gold Nanoshells enable enhanced sensitivity in lateral flow assays (LFA) due to their intense optical signal. Integration of these nanoparticles into LFAs can provide increased signal-to-noise ratios and lowered limits of detection for your target of interest.

BioReady Gold Nanoshells are available with the following surfaces:

  • Carboxyl - for covalent conjugation
  • Citrate - for passive adsorption
  • Streptavidin - for high-affinity binding to biotin-labeled molecules

Review our conjugation protocols below or contact our experts for support.

nanoComposix provides high quality, monodisperse, and aggregation-free nanomaterials. All our products are supplied with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis including characterization data such as TEM, DLS, Zeta, and UV-Vis.

Intended for Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Contact us for custom formulations, ISO 13485/cGMP compliant materials, or bulk supply requirements.
