Expanded automated manufacturing at nanoComposix adds the capability to produce millions of high-quality lateral flow rapid tests per month

nanoComposix has expanded its lateral flow rapid test manufacturing capacity with the installation of BioDot reel-to-reel dispensers and laminators. The manufacturing expansion allows for the production of millions of lateral flow assays per month in a new 3000 square foot manufacturing area that includes a low-humidity dry room for lamination and assembly. The manufacturing area is adjacent to the company’s full assay development team and cleanroom for the scaled fabrication of particles and conjugates. With this new expansion, nanoComposix is ready to bring fully designed, ready-to-manufacture diagnostic devices into its facilities to produce at commercial volumes. Offering product transfer support, high-volume manufacturing, and device assembly backed by a team with decades of combined experience, nanoComposix offers a comprehensive solution to rapidly commercialize robust and reliable lateral flow rapid tests.
